Consultations by appointment only. Please call during our office hours or email anytime.

Our office opening times are now:

Mon - 9am - 3pm

Tues - 9am - 3pm

Weds - 9am - 3pm

Thurs - 9am - 3pm

Fri - 9am - 3pm

We can make up curtains using customers own fabrics or we have sample books for customers to chose from. We can arrange home visits and measures to suit. We can wear face masks during visits if you wish us to (please let us now in advance). If you do not wish us to enter your home we can make up using customers own measurements. As we would then be making up using measurements supplied by the customer we would not be responsible for any fitting/sizes issues after the items have been made. Collection and delivery of any orders can be door to door with limited contact or if you prefer contact free.

Our average production time is 4-5 weeks on custom made and 2-3 weeks for alterations (these timings are estimates depending on level of demand and availability of fabrics).

We will deliver your order to you at a time to suit you. Or you may collect it from us. Fitting can be arranged if you require new poles or tracks, with a local, friendly professional fitter. If there are poles and tracks in place we will be happy to hang your new curtains for you at no extra cost.

All invoices must be paid on or by delivery date via bank transfer, personal cheque or cash.
